He's about to have a second interview with the Bills, so if he doesn't have the job on lock, he's definitely on the shortlist.
Hiring Ryan would be a mistake. He's proven he doesn't have the ability to develop a quarterback, and that's one of the biggest needs the Bills have.
Let Ryan go somewhere with an established quarterback. -
Strengthen the OL. Find a pass rusher. QB help. QB isn't as big of an issue for the Bucs as people gas it up to be. Also, Lovie needs to get his ? together.

Some names I want to throw out there for DC: Leslie Frasier (worked with Tomlin in TB and Minn), Vic Fangio, Steve Spagnolo. Let whoever we bring in work with Tomlin make a defensive staff that they want.

Cam is ? nice...even with the turnovers, he impressed the ? out of me against the Seahawks -
Eagles...We need a safety and corners. There's no way we can get better a QB so we're just gonna have to hope Nick Foles comes back better. If that ? stops tryna force throws down field and getting picked off we should be good. We were balling out even with Foles throwing like 2 picks a game. If he can limit that we can be straight if we get solid DB's.
And re-sign Maclin and if we can do it for a good price, Trent Cole.
