What do you think of Matt Striker as a commentator?

He is, in WWEspeak "controversial".
There are a lot of people who hate him, some said he ruined Wrestle Kingdom 9 (from a commentary standpoint), they think he's terrible on Lucha Underground, the critiques go on and on.
I personally like dude, he's knowledgeable, brings some history and he gets, obviously, very genuinely excited about what he's watching.
He's certainly better than that ? Matthews in TNA.

he's knowledgeable and i thought he was decent in wwe even when it seemed like king and cole would make fun of him at times, but sometimes seems like he tries to hard and comes off as an extreme geek

Dude is a legit wrestling fan, so he gets a little geeky and overexcited, it's different and I'm used to him now. As long as he doesn't start marking out on commentary again that is.

He is a mark, but so was JR.
Striker needs to temper himself and not actually mark out on commentary, he does that and he good money
