Learn the junctioning system

You need to understand that it is terrible and you're going to be disappointed.

I don't understand the hate it gets and I've beaten every FF from 1 to 12.

Low key I actually like 8 and 9 more than 7. Let me run before I get flagged into oblivion. -
The enemies and bosses scale to your level. If you're the type to grind till you're overpowered don't bother. You'll just make some bosses unbearably annoying.
Most importantly, Bahamut will kick your ass if you can find it...

If you really want to break the game junction the spell Ultima to Squall's Attack

Junctioning + keeping your level low = breaking the game.
T/S needs to understand that you get major stat increases mainly through junctioning(and to a lesser extent GFs). Leveling up does next to nothing in terms of making you stronger. -
Draw with every character until you maxed out every magic a creature can give you

So basically most you guys saying don't LEVEL up at all or grind? That's goes against every RPG I've played lol ...but that an interesting concept. Kid keep me busy last nite so I was tired out...now she's at Headstart so I have the game fired up now. -

That was the main reason many people didn't like it. What they don't realize is it's the first JRPG in the mainstream to let you make any character a powerhouse in what way you wanted them to be. -
I think it was brilliant and it helped to break level grinding.

7 is the most overrated video game of all time. It isn't even in my top 5 in the Final Fantasy series.
9 is a masterpiece. I just couldn't get into 8. -
FF8 was my favorite of the series. I can't remember ? about it to help, though. I liked the graphic design and I think the story was cool to me at the time. I think they had them special attacks they could do and ? .

The only thing I haven't done in this game is get everyone's ultimate weapons, after a few days trying I just said ? it

Tempted to download this and play through it again. I haven't played it since it was first released on the PS1 but I remember loving the story and the music for it.
It's only recently that I've found out the game is busted and you're not supposed to level up your characters which goes against every rule in video game history. -
I leveled my character's up to the max for the challenge.
