Hiphop is a culture which consist of 4 elements. graffiti/ drawing, deejaying, dancing, and rapping/singing.
Keith Sweat, was the 1st r&b artist to intently blend r&b with a rap sound, Bobby Brown took it to the next level as an artist.
Through the years, usher, mary j. , aaron hall, r.kelly , aailyah, chris brown, omarion, Mario, 112 destiny childs etc are hiphop artists who are r&b singers...
Hiphop dont mean rap. Rap is an element of hiphop. N so is present day rnb. -

I never said hiphop invented rnb, i said R&b became and this present day is a part of hiphop culture... Things change, evolve n adapt and that includes rnb
