Off second and 3rd listening it becomes above average to just good. So 7/10 . Which isn't bad. Still decent

Just started listening to it this morning. I'm feeling it so far. It's better than I anticipated. Anybody expecting some deep, esoteric lyrics from Rocky shouldn't even waste their time. This is him doing what he's always done which can be good or bad depending on your personal preference and expectations of the album.

Yo wtf, that ? Wayne spazzzzzzzzzzzzzzzed on this ? 's track lmaooo

Not feeling the production on this album, outside of the singles and "Jukebox Joints" (Kanye almost ruined the track at the end, he laced him with a dope beat tho) "Max B" (Not really ? with the hook) and "Wavy Bone". He needs to bring back spaceghost and his old production team back.

Wasnt these dudes beefin last time Spaceghost was relevant? I'm surprised he didnt have Casino beats on here. I didnt realize it til now. Rocky is really aiming to be Hollywood and in that mainstream lane.

I gave it a listen last night and it was decent through the first listen. Its not something that instantly grabbed me. Its gonna have to grow on me.

Yea, I just noticed Clams didnt produce one track smh He needs to get his old team back, this ? is no where as good as his first 2 projects.

This gonna be the most pretentious rap album of the year.
^ Pretty much. He's trying way to hard to be deep... even down to the album title. ? sounds like gangsta-hipster-classical music. There are some great moments but overall it's meh. Too long so starts to get repetitive. You can tell he worked hard on this album though.

i listened to about 17 songs last nite.

    that ? was bland as ? .

i wasnt an asap rocky fan before this. i just thought he was aiiight.....and this album solidified it. i liked holy ghost, lsd and jukebox joints (sorta, kanyes verse was horrible, plus the car service sample) and after that it all gets hazy. i wasnt expecting anything and i got nothing.

i've never heard his debut album or mixtape in full so i dont have a basis of comparison.

He dropped one of the best mixtapes in a long time, its worth a listen.

Asap rocky has a calcified pineal gland from all the indiscriminate.. thot sex and drugs...

His creativity stays centered on ONE level..He aint talking about ?

...That being said there are some impressive flows and melodic hazy soulful samples on some of these tracks
...wavybody,Ms,lord flacko 2,Westside highway all get spins

Like I said the most impressive thing about rocky is his flow and he uses it as his trump card to get by

Why are people expecting some kind of stylistic leap from asap on this album?

Never came across to me as the kind of artist that would achieve that (even if the production has been diluted down completely) until he really runs out of ideas.

No one complained when mobb dropped hell on earth or clipse with hhnf, they stayed in the exact same lane as the previous.

No ones expecting a "stylistic leap" he has done this album before but executed it better ....on a mixtape

    That's a problem
