    LMAO.
    that picture tho.

I think it should be a co-mvp season but if I had to pick, I'm taking my boy James.

Up until a week ago I woulda said harden but he couldn't keep that 2nd seed. I'm upset because he still kinda deserves it but can't ignore what curry did

I think Curry had the better season with numbers and all that but I think Harden was more valuable to his team if that makes sense.

    Harden
    Harden 27.5ppg, 6.9apg, 5.6rpg, 2spg, 44%fg, 38% 3pt
    Curry 24.0ppg, 7.7apg, 4.3rpg, 2spg, 49%fg, 44% 3pt

Imo MVP numbers should stand out with history. Harden put up Jordan, Kobe, Lebron type numbers.

Curry at 24 n 7 had a great year that many PGs have had

I'm going with Harden on this one simply because he picked up the load when D12 went down with injury and did more with less and carried the Rockets on his back all year. At one point, I had Curry as a clean winner for MVP but that game they had in Cleveland where LeBron & Co. just outright embarrassed them. Then the Spurs put a beat down on the Warriors about 2 weeks ago something terrible.

Idk it could be possible that we see co-mvps depending on what they do in the 1st round which I don't think is announced until after the 1st round is over with (I'm not sure about it).

Curry in less minutes with less of the ? free throws was far more impressive offensively imo.

Considering he set the 3 point record again this year I'm going to have to disagree.

Imo things like FTs,, minutes, and 3pters are far less important than the traditional, tried n true: pts, rbnds, assists....and w/ pts, rbnds, and assits, he had a Jordan-Kobe-Lebron year. 27pts, 7apg, 5rpg. Without even looking, I would imagine only a handful of guys have ever done that.

Far more guys go for 24 n 7, regardless of how they got there.

    Harden
Just checked bc i was curious: Just for reference, 27ppg and 7apg...

    Shooting Guards:

    Jordan-once
    Kobe-never
    Iverson-3

    Others:
    Lebron-4
    Bird-1
    Westbrook-this year
    Oscar Robertson-never

No one is gonna remember about no stinkin free throws, minutes, or 3's. Harden had a historic season.

Curry as a ? in his team that will probably be all NBA second team.

And curry numbers is similar to last year.

Harden should be the choice easily.

Thtas a good thread w/ in a thread. Who's First Team All NBA guards??

Imo of the 3, Westbrook is #1, bc THAT has far less to do with wins like MVP does.

There's no way Westbrook isnt 1st team, regardless how his team finishes.

Then Harden is the other 1st team choice and Curry is 2nd team imo

I could see this happening, and can also see Curry (even though my vote is for Harden) getting MVP.

Would this be the first time the MVP wasn't on 1st team all nba??
