Keep goin. ? , in many ways before KG, Paul Pierce WAS Joe Johnson. Yea i said it. Yes PP was better but Joe Johnson as a 6 time all star for a historically irrelevant Hawks squad and Pierce was a 5 time all star for historically irrelavent Celts squads
(And the East was ? so dont tell me about any ECF finals runs. And 1 or 2 all star slections could be luck but dont brush off 6 apearances.)
Yea nggas. Lol Paul Pierce was a very good player playing for a mythical franchise. Woulda still been Hall of Fame even, but his legacy would be way different minus the big 3 -

Are we talkin career wise? cuz pierce was way more consistent. During their peaks they had similar numbers but pierce lead his team in 4 different categories before the big 3. This comparison stopped when pierce averaged 25 & 10 against him in the 2010 ECF -

of course pierce lead his team in those categories he was the best player on the team by FAR lol. and idk if u can say pierce got that 25 & 10 directly on him but by then vc decline had begun, like i said he lasted longer but i dont think peak pierce was better than vc up until the trade to orlando -
the all around play of prime vince carter is also underrated, he was more than a 360 dunk
