19 is very important. I've practically stopped eating fast food nowadays & started eating healthier & try to workout about 3-5 days a week. Health, Education & Wealth are the 3 acts I live by everyday. At which leads to 20, once you stop eating the food that is bad for you then it force you to cook your own food. McDonald's, Gas station chicken, Break truck food & etc are all poison

CONGRATULATIONS.
examples:
CONGRATULATIONS for opening that new business.
CONGRATULATIONS for getting that promotion.
CONGRATULATIONS for getting married.
CONGRATULATIONS for graduating from school.
CONGRATULATIONS for a job well done.
etc.
Simple word but it goes a long way in increasing pride in ourselves. -
