No. The Robin who became the new Joker in Batman Beyond was Tim Drake. Jason Todd was never referenced on Batman: The Animated Series or on Batman Beyond. -
Still waiting on this from Netflix. Doesn't release until 8/24.

This movie was awesome...one of the best DC animated movies ever!...right behind Wonder Woman, if yall haven't seen that movie yet watch it ASAP cuz it's better than this IMO...I mean she's cutting heads off and everything in that flick...this movie was nice though I really liked the Joker in this one.

Batman: Under The Red Hood is really a fantastic movie.The whole series of the batman movies is nice.In this part of the movies the new character Robin had shown.This movies is full of action and entertainment.This is one of the best part of the batman series.

Great movie. These DC animated movies are some of the best. I'm dl'ing Crisis on Two Earths now -
Done watched this about 5 times. They should constantly make animated films, say 2-4 each year for the big characters.
