These ? laws are some lopsided ? . A ? can make an accusation and the law protects her identity. Meanwhile the accused could be innocent but his face get blasted all over the media as a ? and that never goes away.

He wasnt accused of ? . He was accused of battery and assault . He was caught on camera beating his girls ass. The judge was wilding. They could of just put the ? on probation. -

It's a civil suit and not criminal though. All she has to do is prove that d. Rose and his boys ? her together. Unless d. Rise saved texts where she was saying she wanted a train ran on her, she's going to win a civil suit. Watch and see. The only thing that would stop her (if she's not telling the truth) is if D.Rose files a counter suit for defamation. -
Obvious attempt to drag this ? name thru the mud. I can almost bet this ? knows she won't win, and is just tryna ruin this ? image like Cosby's.
On a side note, there should be a law if a woman cries ? and it turns out she lied she automatically goes to prison for 2-5 years. -

Nope. she has to prove that she was drugged, n they forced there way into her house n she was ? . That's her story. She's already on record saying that she was his "girlfriend" for two years. so they gotta prove more Than just sexual intercourse. Which she can't. -

? , u still need to make a case for your self , with sufficient evidence to your claim.
You just cant show up in court , claim anything and walk out with money. She still needs to provide evidence.
Right now she's looking beyond flimsy.
