Let's bring this current: I want any one of y'all to hit Cancun during spring break and report back. Matter of fact, go to Temptation Spa Resort in Cancun right now, spend a week there, and come back and tell me if you didn't see a grip of broads acting the same or worse.
Just 'cause a chick gettin naked don't automatically mean mental issues, and nobody around her has any responsibility to check for the existence of said issues either.

Knowing what I know today I can't call it and I really don't care to either. There's absolutely no way to know. Some broads are attention ? and will crank ? up when she sees the next broad gettin' more dudes surrounding her. Some just don't give a flying ? , like them chicks that walk out the door damned near naked back then and even moreso nowadays. Is that chick walking around with her ass cheeks hanging out looking for attention, thinks the outfit is cute, or is she having a mental episode? Is the chick with underboob hanging out her halftop crazy or what? You got broads walking around with see-thru ? on, is something wrong with them or do they know exactly what they're doing when they walk out the door like that?
Everything ain't mental issues. I'd wager that very few had some sort of mental issue but, again, that ain't for us to sort out on the spot. -

And maybe Americans are so sexually repressed so the sight of a naked body, especially a woman's, out in public generates this type of reaction across races and economic classes.
That would actually be the correct answer. We create "thirst" due to our puritanical laws. We create "thirst" due to our views of the naked human body. Only in America is it perfectly fine for a child to view violence on TV or in movies but so much as single nipple on TV during a halftime show would draw the ire of the nation and millions in fines.
Something like the ? thic chick did in this video would have gotten little traction in countries where nudity isn't taboo like it is here in America. In many European countries going to the beach means seeing partially of fully nude people all around you. In Germany you're likely to see a naked man or woman strolling around or riding a bike with no ? given. It's commonplace for regular broadcast TV shows and even commercials to have nudity elsewhere in the world unlike in the US. Many of my friends and just people I've known in college from places like Cyprus, Germany, UK, Finland, and Sweden were so used to nudity in their homes and whatnot that they found it weird how we stigmatize it. Chick I knew from Cyprus was reprimanded by her RA because her American roommate and suite mates complained about her being naked all the time. A cat I knew from Flint played sax in school and got sponsored to play with his school's Jazz band across Europe through an exchange program, staying with a family in each country. Dude told me that in most of those homes at least one person would walk around naked (usually the mother) and nobody so much as batted an eyelash at it. In Canada it's perfectly legal for a woman to be topless in public, but in America it's a criminal act in the vast majority of the country. In Windsor, Ontario the women you see topless at night are typically Americans who come over from the Detroit side of the river to go to the clubs there and do it for the thrill of doing something that could get you in trouble back home.

We criminalize such behavior here in America to the point where ole girl in the video has the very real possibility of being brought up on charges including indecent exposure and gross lewdness AND could wind up as a registered sex offender since her identity is known.
I've seen enough and heard enough from people all over to know this: Had ole girl been almost anywhere else in the world (barring the Middle East and any other Islamic countries), nobody would have given a ? .
Only we do, only we will act like this, and it's purely because of our upbringing. -

Man law school has my thinking all the way messed up..all I saw were Torts instead of ? that whole video..I was literally thinking how this is the same type of weird stuff they have in our casebooks. Did the restaurant have a duty to immediately stop the crowd from pouring ketchup and water on this chick while filming?..
