My ? I was just gonna say the same ? . That's why the system is so terrible. Even if you're a 'good' cop, who are supposed to be in the majority, how many ofthem have seen ? like this and either said nothin' or helped cover it up. All those pigs should be charged with abettin' conspiracy and evasion of the law. If they're crimes over there -
Basically the other camera angel show he was was basically dead when he hit the ground and showed the officer continue to fire his weapon

my friend ( went to high school with her) runs BYP 100... she just posted that they were assaulted called black ? and etc... by the police while marching...a few of them already got arrested
