Does sexism bother you @Chicity ?

How do you feel about equal pay for equal work ?

And it's directed to the ladies because I wanna know their opinion

If the male posters can behave ... Their opinion is welcome too

    The dwindling middle class.
Big business in the pockets of politicians.
The lack of concern for the average American.
The scam that is the collegiate system.
The fact that the price of EVERYTHING continues to rise, yet wages haven't changed in years.
The fact that all of this holds people back yet we blame it on laziness and lack of ambition. We continue to tell people to work hard for their dreams, when Americans are working harder and more than they ever have..

This is the ? that bothers me. It ? me off actually.

Almost makes you want to go off the grid.

As far as giving back, I do what I can but to be honest, it isn't as much as it should be.

Is this scam not your best bargaining tool when attempting to level playing fields of pay scale between men and women?

    It's not about me, KAT

It's about males in general and this bias that this thread has

Either we ALL have a voice or not. That's equality

@MrsReeseyCup can you give examples of the ways you advise women to circumvent the child support system?

Quit ? crying and contribute or don't but let's not ruin a good thread because the question was posed to the females of the IC.

@yellowtapesport It is your best bargaining tool in our current society, and I'm not opposed to a higher education. The problem for me is how a degree is required, yet that same degree can't ensure you will live a comfortable life. I have a problem with rising tuitions and the fact that we aren't all privy to a higher education. There is bias in the system, whether it's due to race or economic standing...and this is for something that essentially REQUIRED to succeed in the workforce.

    Changes need to be made.

@Kat yes it is my best tool as a black man but that's not the discussion.

A degree will not ensure, but it will open doors and create opportunities for YOU to make your life better.
S/n degrees are required for the BETTER jobs...which imo should be motivation to get one
