'Bad Santa 2' Sets November 2016 Release Date

Christmas 2015 is almost upon us, but it’s already time to start looking ahead to next year — specifically, the long-awaited return of Billy Bob Thornton’s hilariously degenerate mall Santa, ? Soke. Broad Green Pictures announced Monday that Bad Santa 2 will officially be released on Nov. 23, 2016.
As previously announced, Tony ? and Brett Kelly will reprise their roles alongside Thornton, with the addition of American Horror Story’s Kathy Bates as Soke’s mother.
Original director Terry Zwigoff will be replaced by by Mean Girls helmer Mark Waters, from a screenplay by Johnny Rosenthal, Doug Ellin, and Shauna Cross.
