Lol nah. It's from the American police perspective and from the Medellin cartel.
So most of the time they're speaking English. Pablo and them too. But sometimes when he's talking to his staff, moms or w/e then its subtitles -

? looks dope. ItsImma check it out. Its crazy how south Bronx hasnt changed smh. That area has been crime ridden and grimy to this day. Had a cousin who went a block party at south Bronx 2 summers ago. He was wit a shorty. Mind you he grew up on LI. Baldwin Long Island. He though he heard firecrackers but he saw people running and the shorty told him it just gun fire so nonchalant like. He hasnt been to South Bronx since. Smh.
