What hes saying is true...problem with the south is they get behind some of their worst artists, ie gucci, thug, future, boosie, ross

Yeah because guys using autotune and wearing skinny jeans with your underwear showing is better than rapping with your regular voice and wearing cloths that fit. -

Lol to be fair rappers wore those outfits to perform. They didn't dress like that regularly.

I figured youd be the last person to call out how thug dressed based on the furious 5 dressing like the village ppl
But how someone dresses has nothing to do with the music they make -

Yeah and NY acts are holding the game down
To be fair, out of the top 10 mixtapes of 2015 voted on by yall mfs, only 1 was from a southern artist (outside of future) and out of the top 10 albums only 1 was from a southern artist (outside of Future).
Where as 4 of the top 10 mixtapes were from NY artist.
I know, my favorite tape was Dave East's ? but that don't mean south ain't holding ? down
If we keeping it all the way 100, the west coast got ? in a headlock -

Overall West side putting out the most quality at the highest level but there's more than enough good music coming out of each region
The South has lost the grip on the game they had but it still seem like records ain't moving unless they pop down there first -
...THE SOUTH HAS ALWAYS BEEN HOT, WETHA NGAS WANTED TO ACKOWLEDGE IT OR NOT.. TRUST, WE ARE GOOD!
THE SOUTH IS THE REASON THAT CLUBS,STRIP CLUBS AND PARTIES EXSIST...

It's always entertaining to read Hip Hop opinions based on who's on radio, how many internet hits or how loud someone's name is buzzing.

Yeah but the Furious 5 got ran out of Hip Hop when Run DMC came out.
Graffiti Rock was the beginning of the end for that punk rock style. I have no idea why the new generation of rappers want to bring it back.

So you admit the ? you claim as "The Goat" got ran outta hiphop . Thanks. -
The outfits that Furious and soul sonic force can be seen rocking are extremely suspect. However, in their defense those were stage outfits, and photo shoot costumes. These dudes today walk around in their suspect ? . It's everyday wear for them.

Peferct gif choice to represent hip hop in 2015. -
I'm sure them ? wore that ? in public too, but I aint bout to go searchin for the ?

There was never a punk rock style in Hip Hop. Soul Sonic force, Furious, Cold Crush and some other groups were copying the styles of George Clinton and the Funk movement. And they were doing so, for stage theatrics and photo shoots. Off stage they were rocking standard Bboy\bgirl attire.

2015 saw a Western resurgence. They did their thing with atypical radio singles or no radio singles at all.
Ebro isn't someone whose opinion I respect on hip hop. He made the claim that lyrical rappers weren't "major league." He argued that point with prominent East Coast artists, even though that's the style that the east is known for. That alone invalidates his opinion. -
I can easily post pic of a lot of southern rappers dressing "normal" especially back in the day.
It's just how these young dudes dressing. And they dressing like that in every region. It's not only south. It's worst in other regions. -
? Ebro and his trolling ass thoughts. The reason why the Future's and Young thug's of the world are even relevant is because him and other radio personality's like him play their garbabge 24/7. South still has it's hands in the game, but I would love for cats like Krit, Killer Mike and and Cole get more love down here than Boosie, Future and Young thug.
Radio personalities dont pick the songs that are played on the radio. -

Same ? who's responsible for robbing East Coast Hip-Hop of it's platform and force feeding us the ? made hot on the other end of the country because ratings, now has the gall to proclaim the impending doom of the very ? he's helped perpetuate? lol typical E-hoe
