Shots fired At River Oaks Mall After Store Runs Out Of New Air Jordans

CALUMET CITY, Ill. – Shots rang out at River Oaks Mall after a store ran out of Air Jordan 12 sneakers, just released on Saturday.

Shoppers lined up early to get their hands on the shoes, dubbed “The Master” in celebration of the shoe’s 20th anniversary.

But tempers flared when the store announced they sold out of the coveted items.

Illinois State, Calumet City and Cook County Sheriff police all responded to the incident.

There are no reports of injuries or arrests at this time.

I was just up there @ Macy's, I saw no activity of this going on when I was up there. I was up there around 4 something and ate at the spot across the street, never heard nothing
