Toronto, ON - Two teens were allegedly tied to chairs, beaten and forced to perform sex acts and Russian roulette in what Toronto police are calling a "gang war kidnapping."

Investigators say they're looking for Thai-Shay Gordon, 17, and Lincoln Anthony Richards, 23, in connection to the alleged kidnapping that began at a Front St. unit police believe was rented via Airbnb.

Gordon is a minor, but judicial authorization has been granted to name him. The authorization expires on the afternoon of May 2 or upon his arrest.

According to Toronto Police Staff Insp. Mike Earl, on April 18 four men involved with the Young Buck Killas arrived at the 25th floor of the building at 300 Front St. to "crash a party" of a rival gang, the Queen's Drive Crips.

However, violence erupted as soon as the group stepped off the elevator.
"It’s believed that elder members of the Queens Drive Crips were going to come and crash the party, so there was a bit of a stand-off...and there was an exchange of gunfire.” said Toronto Police Staff Insp. Mike Earl.

Video shows two of the men retreating into the elevator, where they are confronted by an armed suspect who appears from the hall to shoot and wound one of the pair.

Afterward, two members of the Queen Street Crips group, both 17, were edly captured and held against their will.

The two teens were allegedly tied to chairs and "repeatedly assaulted and threatened with firearms" while they were moved to different locations in the Flemingdon-Lawrence area, Earl said.

During the ordeal, Earl said the boys were also forced to perform sexual acts and play Russian roulette with a loaded handgun.

The two were eventually released on April 23 after family members paid a ransom.
