Black people I hate to be the bearer of bad news but that protesting ? don't work, hell even burning down buildings hasn't had an effect, strategic violence is the only thing we haven't tried

And in cases like this - where they don't want the city to eat itself a live with riots and ? - they'll often agree on a charge that the prosecution KNOWS that they can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
The guy gets charged with murder, everyone is happy or at least cautiously optimistic assuming that there is some chance at justice, and then the prosecution fails to prove its case - which was the intent all along - and the guy walks.
This ? is chess, not checkers. And ? like this isn't a glitch in the Matrix, it's a function of the Matrix. This is exactly how the system was designed to work. SMH.
This is true but also consider that these same people protesting WANT folks overcharged in the first place. instead of going to something they know they can prove in which the media and publIc will scoff and say they're lowballing and cutting the cop some slack etc they overcharge and muhfuckas walk. Its not skin off their ass either way.
Fact is its not a winnable situation. -

They overcharge knowing they can't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. That's their strategy. If you undercharge then the judge would pull rank and give a light sentence. There is no winning. -
This is ? up but i really hope there are no riots
I do. There's no justice for black people in America, (especially where these ? ass cops are involved,) since we can't get justice, we'll just have to settle for vengeance. If they do riot, don't burn up ? in your neighborhood, go burn up ? in white people's neighborhood and business districts. -
Let's be honest, nobody gives a ? about poor people (white or black). Couple that with being poor, and not voting.
Triple that with being poor, not voting, AND being black!! And this is the result you get.
What other recourse/options do poor, non-voting black people have? No economic power, no political power, and the only thing that gets the power structures attention is when you tear ? up.
We can't forget that our ancestors got kidnapped and forced to work for free for multiple centuries. Hurricane Katrina, showed us the "macro" version of last hired, first fired. We were treated like 2nd class refugees in our own country.
Ditto with the criminal justice system. The only feasible solution is total separation from whitey. -
He died in the worst way, so sad and inhuman. And no justice like he wasn't a human being. Police killings will never change until they take the guns away from them.

Protesting, even rioting didn't work, posting on a forum certainly ain't gonna change ? . So what are we gonna do about it? -
They trying to make an example out of Mosby.
"This is their Waterloo. This is their Gettysburg," said attorney Warren A. Brown, a critic of Mosby's who predicts that she will face several challengers for re-election in two years. "She is virtually persona non grata in the white community, and her support is waning in the black community and will continue to wane if she continues to lose these cases." -
The whole situation going on with Freddie Grays trial, reminds me of that movie law abiding citizen. The prosecution got there whole strategy ? up from the start. Instead of saying Freddie gray was injured prior to getting in the van, which he clearly was in the video. Then not being properly restrained and bouncing off the walls in the van, causing him to have a severed spine.
No the prosecutor said all his injuries occurred in the van and tried to pin it on all the officers involved, because they can't determine if it that was true or not all of the officers are going to go Scott free based off of reasonable doubt.
The prosecutor should have been more strategic and went after the police driver, and have the others cop a plea and snitch on him.
I wouldn't really call this racism either since mostly everybody involved is black, Freddie, the cops, the judge and the DA, ? the mayor is black too

The judge laughed at her in court
