Ten years ago (not this very day, but 10 years ago) marked Flavor of Love, one of the most successful satire reality based television shows around. With three seasons, it broke rating records during its tenure and re-introduced Flava Flav back into the hearts of Americans.
Made this thread because I happened to catch it on TV one day

That's because Flavor of Love was directed towards a Black audience, and the Bachelor and Bachelorette are marketed towards a white audience, so they'll be seen as "classier". -

its bugged out how growing up VH1 didnt have any black ppl. They were a watered down mtv.
now effectively their whole prime time programming block centers on black ppl & hip-hop. unforunately they picked the worst representatives
