I bought my first crib for 30000, small little cottage jawn, put down 6 stacks so no pmi, paid that hoe off and sold it by 25 because i paid like 1000 a month on the mortgage -
The only place in the usa where owning a house is feasible for the average 30 year old is in the south or some rural/suburban area.... but that's only because the property values there are trash and by the way if you mortgage a house you don't really own it the banks own it until you can pay off your loan.
A lot of people "home owners" brag about owning some ? when they don't really own ? . -
