This is a new project to Detroit to being back the culture of Paradise Valley (1920s-1950s) Detroit. Art, jazz clubs, apartments and hotels etc. Its meant to be a destination place for tourists.

Plenty of black businessmen got together to make it happen. Lovely stuff.
