Though I laugh at their tears. I still smh at 28yrs for yelling but 0 for actually killing a black child. A hate crime can be anything from a straight person beating up a ? person or black person beating up an asain and if they get caught calling them a ? or ? that can be a hate crime by some definitions.
It's really a combined total. They not doing 28 years inside. That's combining their sentences and also including their time on papers.

no smart ? not all Hispanics are mixed. on some applications they have the option for anglo Hispanic which is white. the Spaniards came from spain and spain is located where? Europe. how do you know he's Mexican ? he could be Cuban, Columbian , Puerto rican etc. not all anglo Mexicans blended in with the natives also.

We should expect something different. Not just from latinos but specifically Black Cubans, Black Mexicans, Black Puerto Ricans, Black Columbians etc etc. You know Black people? Africans that migrate here suffer from some of the same issues of disassociation as these other groups. You have to identify as Black to care what happens to Blacks.
