U ? Dope Mc or wack rapper????

In retrospect do you think U ? was underestimated and overlooked as a great Mc? He was lyrical back then and would Massacre alot of these rappers out now. He was better than say Jim Jone of French Montana, but he was looked at as the weak link of the Wu. He had classic verses( Mystery of Chess boxing) and his albums were surprisingly dope. How do you feel about him?

Interesting question. I was watching Music Choice earlier today and they played Cherez La Ghost. U ? definitely isn't wack. But he's more of a role player. He's like the guy on the championship team that averages 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. He's not the MVP on the team but they couldn't win without him.
