Truth is, if you can't eat it without cooking it then ? ain't intend for you to eat it.
But ? all that.
Eat what you wanna eat, we're humans, we don't follow the rules.
Make sure you're eating plenty of greens on a daily though.
They definitely want us ? dying from heart disease and cancer, and the less meat you eat the better chance of you not dying from that ? .
? didn't intend for anything G. He gave y'all free will
He skipped right over this post lol
My bad... I said in my post that we are humans and we do what we want, but that doesn't mean ? doesn't have intentions for us. I'm just saying ? didn't intend for you to ? your brother or sleep with your sister, you CAN do it, but it's definitely NOT the intention..... you dig? -

Yea eating food to survive and killing your brother or sleeping with your sister don't go hand and hand. -

We are talking Gods intentions for us.
Okay, do you think ? intended for us to snort coke or shoot heroin.
People do it, but I don't think ? intended for us to be fiends.
That's all I'm saying. -
"? didn't intend for you to eat cooked food".... not realizing some veggies are more nutritious once steamed haha
-
How does one gain or maintain weight with this said diet? Or even eating less red meat?
-
Seeing as ALL protein comes from plants, it's definitely possible to maintain a balanced diet without meat products.

I need to cut bread from my diet but a ? love a good sandwich, ? love pizza too. ? it, we all gotta die of something.
Meat ain't your enemy. You might need to slow down on it but cutting it out completely is a ? mission. Especially considering alot of the vegan/vegetarian substitutes are high in salt, other horrible ? and expensive.
It's pop in the majority of the country.
LOL at them southern ? callin' everything Coke.
"Lemme ? wundem clear Cokes" - talking about Sprite or 7up
"Lemme ? wundem purple Cokes" - grape pop
"Lemme ? wundem Cokes" - confusion ensues.
IN ATLANTA, WE CALL EM "DRANKS'
WHITE PEOPLE ARE THE ONES THAT CALL EM COKES -
My lunch

Yeah for sure @obnoxiouslyfresh
First and foremost, it's all about how you season. Try to keep the sodium intake low, but with enough salt for flavor. As for every other type of spice, you have to use a little bit more to mask the taste of some brand's products.
For personal favorite dishes, I like to make fried cauliflower (same why you would make fried chicken), slow cooked tofurky roasts (lots of veggies plus some broth recipes I can shoot you), as well as Orzo pasta with the crumbles in the pic and sauteed veggies mixed together.
These slap too:
Either over brown rice with red beans and a side of avocado is the truth.
Basically, anything you would eat with a meat protein can be subbed out with these types of substitutes. I like the brands in the pics as well as Quorn the most.
If you want more specific dish recipes, I got you in the morning -
@HerbalVaporCapers tofurkey :joy: :joy: :joy:
