I'm actually all for giving kids a certain level of freedom and letting them be kids...but not a gotdamn 2 year old. SMH.

This is why kids get kidnapped in the first place. Other adults don't want to get involved because they're afraid of ? like this.

Its a sketchy situation, but I would hate to be responsible for some kid getting kidnapped and have that on my conscious.
The most I would do, is yell very loudly "WHO'S ? KID IS THIS!!!" to create a scene and have a lot of witnesses. If the parent shows up I'd take that opportunity to tell them how bad of a parent they are.
Aint no way tho I'm having no private conversation with a toddler, "oh, hey little lady wheres your mommy" ass ? , and i'm not walking hand and hand with no kid i'm not related too -
I like when I read stuff like this. Justifies me choosing not to help people

So no one thought of taking the little girl to the workers of the event so they could do some kind of broadcast? I forget, This the ic though. If you see a crying 2yr old kid by their self with no supervisor around, u tell them "tough luck kid. Stop crying. People get lost every day b. You alright. You tough right?". Smh
