    Beasts of no nation was made with 6 million...really depends on how creative the producers etc are...the raid 2 was made with 4.5 million $ budget....? both raid movies were made for less than 10million...

    Those are not movies that require special effects. This is a movie without it actually about Spawn so that budget must be enough without needing special effects.

    I get your point, CGI is expensive but the snow in the raid 2 was fake...? really all depends on who they hire to do their ? ...the average game of thrones episode budget is 6 to 8 million...the hardhome episode (full of cgi with Giants n ? ) was 7 to 10 million...
