In order to determine that, we need to find out what this............"friend's"............"alleged stalker"................is actually doing.
Basically, just because this friend is annoyed ..........it doesn't mean that they're being "stalked."
So please, give us more details so that we can determine whether or not these are legitimate concerns. -

If they have her IP they can see whatever she does, when she does it. And it's not as simple as to block them, they could be going through emails, facebook etc. -
