    I don't think you have a case, the burden of proof is on you to prove that they stole your unique idea, and that you had some form of protection for that idea. An attorney would at least listen to your argument though...

    Yessir..your timing is impeccable. Just got a new shipment in. I have infant thru adult sizes.
    The great thing about the costume is that it's customizable. You can use ice..sold separately of course. In the pic I used high end plastique bags. Similar to plastic bags but I get mines from France..i find them to be a little more sturdy and stylish.

    I am now leaning more towards you might really have a case or enough to muddy the waters


    That creepy snow head looks very similar to your costume
