Fat Loss way made incredibly SIMPLE (by simple I mean HARD WORK)

If you want to get ripped quick, here’s a stupidly simple way to get the job done.



Vince Gironda knew how to get crazy ripped.
Vince Gironda was a top “old-time” trainer. Hollywood studios would sometimes send their top actors to Vince’s gym because Vince had a reputation for getting them “camera-ready” faster than anybody else in the biz.

If you want a “Hollywood body” in record time, follow Vince’s plan:

#1) Train using 8 sets of 8 reps. For most exercises, Vince would have his trainees do 8 sets of 8 reps. This would accomplish two things: First, the high volume would swell up your muscles — giving you an almost instant size boost and making you look bigger and more muscular.

And 2nd, all those sets and reps would be a great cardio workout. And this would help trainees shed fat quickly.

#2) Eat steaks, eggs and salad. Nothing else. Every 3 or 4 days, have one carb-up meal.

This isn’t the easiest diet plan in the world, but it is stupidly simple. It’s a no-brainer. If it’s not steak, eggs or salad, don’t eat it. This is an ultra low-carb approach, but because you’re getting plenty of protein and plenty of fat, many people drop fat quickly.

By adding a big carbohydrate-filled meal every 3rd of 4th day, you’ll replenish your muscles with carbs and water — which will help you in the gym.
