To the man who posts under the name "Millions Knives."
It's been brought to me attention that a great majority of your posts here are directly copied from my blog -- www.TriedandTrueFitness.com
I'm glad you read my site and like my stuff.
And I don't even mind if you reprint it here.
HOWEVER...
If you're going to reprint my stuff here -- you MUST include a link back to the original source (my site.)
You cannot just copy my stuff and then try to pass it off here as your own.

pretty positive 99% of the information posted and elsewhere here has been yanked from another source...that's what sharing information is about. Stealing photos are one thing..that this is not.

Like I said, I have no problem with sharing. Just attribute the source and don't try to pass it off like you wrote it. -

maybe it's just me but I never thought for once he wrote all of that. the formatting...the punctuation..the LENGTH of the articles? who the hell does that on a web forum?

I dont see anything wrong with what T/S is asking. He just wants credit for his work. I dont think Millions ever tried to pass anything off as his own, but if he is getting it from another source and that source wants credit, I dont see where the issue is.

Never have I intepreted or changed anything to make it seem like I WROTE IT
All I did was sign up for the free newsletters, tried the workouts, liked and passed it on to this bored
Im know fitness guru but I do study fitness and your information was the best I heard and wanted to share with the people on this bored
But your right when copy and pasting its always good to copy the source where I get it from and will remember next time......meant no disrespect! -

The Ill Community is a very popular message bored and also FUNNY ASS HELL!
I think it would be better if these people got the information FROM THE SOURCE ITSELF on this site
So it would be a good way for you to get your information out and have people check out your blog.....and for people on here to actually get knowlegable information from someone who knows what they are talking about
