Why is Biggie always rated as a top 3 rapper all time? I'm not trying to flame here, his flow is undeniable, but his lyrics, for the most part, had no content. Is there something that I am missing? I mean, lil wayne's flow is nasty, too, but you don't here many people (over the age of 18) say that he is one of the greatest rappers. In my opinion, he's barely top 3 of rappers from BK. Am I the only person that feels this way?
