From September 1st to March 1st
going on a six month Barbell Training routine
No Free Weights at ALL
Good six months of nothing but Squats, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlifts, Power Cleans, Front Squats, Back Rows and Good Mornings.
For anybody trying to gain size I highly recommend a barbell routine!
Every workout my goal is to increase the weight or the number of reps I do.
P.S: NO SOURCE...thought of this all by myself....go snitch that ? DREADEDBWOY!!!

Other than squats, bench press, deadlifts, and power cleans, I also love to do military press(standing one with barbell, sitting one with dumb bells) and butterflys.

Also, I can't forget the arm curls(barbell and dumb bell) and leg curls, too.

Another thing, what about push-ups? I love doing those.

i've been bulking since June, gonna finish out the year on it. Then next year til summer hit, I'm cuttting like a mad man...I wanna be around 8% body fat by May.
