Finally your back out of your simping mode, co-sign by the way but I don't wanna sound like a chauvinist but this ? is the truth, I think a woman's rating system is equivalent to which job has the best salary. -
Personality, Lips, Humor, Has Values and morals meaning he's honest, respectful, genuine, good hygine..Clean nails, and a nice hair cut..

He has to have a good heart, he must respect me and my views. Also I'm not one that cares much about 'looks' if he's decent looking and looks after himself I'm cool with that.
