i say look at someone like jessica biel. she's a white actress who went from no ass to nice cute ass that looks like its all muscle. as for going from flat to niki manaj naturally, thats not gonna happen unless she is one of those chicks who gain weight in her ass from pregnancy or age. squats are definately the answer though if u do them right. and of course eating right and cardio.
