Real rap I took 2 weeks off and I look fuller and bigger..some cats overtrain..spending 2 hours in the gym..5-6 days a week...they never give their muscles a chance to rebuild..keep breakin them down..less gains...I'm gonna start taking more breaks..every 3-4 months take 2 weeks off...my hella sore right now tho...:(

totally agree with this.
best just do some lite cardio in between them break tho -
May have to start doing this soon. I workout 4-5 times a week, but my workouts last 35 minutes to an hour, depending on what I do.
