As far as Album's i think Kanye makes better Album's and has much more to say than Jay Z content wise overall his Music is much better than Jay Z's

The Blueprint i think is Jay Z's second best Album after Reasonable Doubt and Kanye West Produced half of it i think Kanye West has been involved alot in Jay Z's better Music as far as Producing for him

I think Jay Z has the better Flow
But Kanye West is the better Song Writer as far as content, topics, creativity and Music that can touch you basically he Writes way more introperspective records than Jay Z but also Writes better Hit's even club Song's or Song's for the ladies he Writes better than Jay -

Being lyrical and writing good music go hand in hand. Both involve writing and are essentially a part of the same process. Without the verses of a song, there's no way to determine if an artist is lyrical or not. The verses are a part of the song and are just as essential as the topic, concept and hook. -
