Hey everyone...last week I posted a link http://community.allhiphop.com/showthread.php?75585-Great-Sexy-Athletic-Glutes-How-to-get-them focusing on developing the posterior chain, primarily the glutes...this week I am showing you density training...this means more training in less time...basically you alternate 2 antagonistic moves for 5 reps each...you do this for 15 minutes...there are no specific rest periods...your only goal is to continually do more in that 15 mins than you did previous...EDT (Escalating Density Training) is great for fat loss, conditioning, and strength.
