* Shallow, tedious combat
* Lack of interesting moral choices until the end
* No emotional connection to any characters
* Lots of small technical problems.
LMAO. and ? yall ? that come in here all like "7.5 is still a good score" ? Vanquish got a better score and it sucked. I dont play ? games that score lower than 8.8 on IGN and lower the 8.5 on GameSpot.

Following news of nearly 800,000 pre-orders and generally strong Fable III review scores, VGChartz can reveal that according to preliminary data, Fable III sold around 650,000 units on day one, making it one of the biggest single-format releases to date this year. This day 1 figure is estimated via a number of independent sources - direct retailer feedback from key retailers, estimates based on our pre-order figures and analysis of player data via services like XBox Live and Raptr (the same set of techniques used for all day one sales).
VGChartz is estimating week one sales in the Americas of around 950,000 units (up 35% on Fable II) based on the day one to week one scalar of 1.45 which is typical for a heavily pre-ordered Xbox360 title released on a Tuesday (based on titles like Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, BioShock 2).
Extrapolating this worldwide, Fable II saw around 71% of week one sales in the Americas (taking into account the 5 day release window in the Americas compared to 2 day in EMEAA) - a similar ratio for Fable III will yield week one sales worldwide of around 1.35 million units.

Those are terrible scores for a game that was highly anticipated by 360 owners.
Like I said anything below 8.8 on IGN is almost ALWAYS garbage. They throw 9's out like nothing these days, if the game cant even get a 9 its not worth buying.
Game informer still exists? and gametrailers... stick to making videos, nobody takes there reviews seriously. -

IGN doesn't even give out "8.8's." They use a 20 point scale, not 100. So, since an 8.5 on a 20 point scale is better than a 8.8 on a 100 point scale, using your own logic, Fable III can't be garbage or a disappointment. -

plus let me get something out. this guy be posting negative ? about 360 all the time but games ? up on all systems. did he post that there are some people saying if you buy the new castlevania for PS3 that it would erase ALL data on the console? probably not and i dont feel like looking. the point is all games ? up on systems because everybody wants to make their due date and instead of pushing it back for polishing they release a buggy game and then start sending patches to fix it on day one (fallout new vegas) anyways i just wanted to put that out and KOTA go to troll hell -
im willing to put up uncharted 2 against ANY 360 game past present or future....with that being said fable isnt a bad game by any means

BFBC2 ultimate edition got a 8.9 as recent as mid-September..... Sorry If I dont keep up to date with IGN review tactics like you. But that makes a 8.5 for Fable III look even worse. They wouldnt even round it up to 9.0. So you know the game is trash!! -

LMAO... hell No. Black Ops will reach 8 Million on PS3 eventually. Fable III will be lucky to sell half of that on 360.
