How many time a week do you workout and what workouts do you do?

Nobody goes into The Weight Room, so that's why I made this thread in here.
I workout 3-5 times a week(sometimes, I workout twice in one day), and as far as what workouts I do, that depends. I like to alternate- all weights one day and Bowflex/weights the next day. When I work on the Bowflex, I also like to do arm curls, standing military press, butterflies, etc; when I workout with the weights, I do squats, bench press, arm curls with arm weights and big bar, leg curls, sitting military press(front and back), standing military press, etc.

I am trying to lose weight so I do cardio all the time. I run two miles and do 30 on the elliptical machine. I might try to do some free wieghts but the gym is to pack now. I will wait until around March. All of the new years resolution people would have given up by then.

3-5 times a week. Jog a few miles then lift hard. Some days I may run some wind sprints. I'm really thinking about giving this college wrestling another shot so I'm really motivated right now. I also have no charm or charisma so having 6 pack is vital. Any ladies want pics get in my inbox. Sike. I don't do that.

Bad part about it is if you dont do at least 30 minutes you are wasting your time. But I love the eliptical too! -

I only do 10 minutes on it, but that's after I do the other workouts, legs included. -
4 days a week...then go to College.

Can't forget that I be doing push-ups almost everyday. I do them in spurts: I'll do 60 total here, 60 total there, etc. Or, I'll just do 2 sets of 40 diamond push-ups.

4-5 days a week, usuallly I just do a different muscle group everyday, make sure I run, no more than 20 minutes each time. I'm an upper body goon, so I do a lot of bench, decline, flat, incline, shoulder presses, curls, flys, weighted dips, things of that nature etc. But to be honest I get kinda lax on the lower body workouts, outside of running.

Weight lifting on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. I also hop on the treadmill and run 4 miles daily, Monday through Friday :tu

Run 6x a week. And sit-ups... about 3-4x a week

Yoga once a week...I should do twice a week but I figure I walk a lot so it balances out.

about 3 times a week. Im trying to take up boxing classes, just to be taking a class but they dont have them when Im there

Off Season I weigh about 250-260. At point right now where i just need to maintain weight. When I am training for a bodybuilding show my weight is at 210-220. 6 times a week, twice a day.
1 hour of Cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening.May do some stretching on sunday. -
4-5 times a week. At best, 6 times a week. Do a variety of things. Depends on the day

I have a bench set, so i bench everyday for the most part. I do curls, military press, abs (leg lifts, flutter kicks, and obligue excercise everyday too).

It works, but I still like to add some type of weight-lifting to it. I love switching up. -

cool does the cables have to be "broken in" cuz I heard them ? is a ? when you first cop the bowflex -

switching up like should make an awesome workout. the free weights will workout one part of of the muscle while the bowflex works another part. you should see some good results by doing that every other week.
