Jay Electronica wins by an inch. Its difficult for anyone to outshine Jigga on a track. But Jay Elect mass murdered this track.
Jay Z had a really strong verse though. Jigga been out of touch with Hip Hop for a while but maybe Jay Elect will bring him back.
Why compare two artists on a track anyway?
