Job Relocation

I wanna hear from some folks that have relocated for job opportunities. I was given an offer earlier this week and I'm curious as to what I should be looking for. What questions I should be asking. They mentioned they have a "program" for relocating employee's. I'm wondering if there are bad programs, good programs, loop holes, traps, and etc when dealing such things.
