Soul Music is live and well . Soul Artist are still selling good number ( even in this market). And for the ones that dont sell alot of albums , their music is such of a high quality that fans support them by seeing them in concert. Soul aint dead . Music lovers are here

Soul ain't dead as long as Anthony Hamilton is alive.

But yeah, I'm not saying its the best album of the year but I really couldn't think of anything that dropped THIS year that was really dope. There is only a couple.

And I'm glad some of yall appreciate good music.. this thread wasn't getting no love when I first posted it.

I'm not saying Anthony Hamilton is the only soul singer but I feel like dude personifies SOUL and is truly gifted. If there were no other soul artists out there and he was the only one left soul would still be alive.
