I’ve never seen The ? Father or Braveheart.

Schindler’s List is a good movie, but I honestly would never have watched it, if my teacher didn’t play it in high school. Napoleon Dynamite is one of the dumbest things ever, but I still laughed! The Lion King is pretty much amazing, and I’m probably the only person who didn’t like The Matrix.

Pirates of the Caribbean, Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, Black Hawk Down, Saving Private Ryan, Brokeback Mountain, Green Mile, and of course Terminator are all good movies! Also, I knew LotR would be mentioned a few times in here. Some of my favorite fight scenes are in this trilogy…try watching it one day, you’ll be surprised.

I'm surprised so many have mentioned Lord of The Rings. I always thought it was almost expected or common knowledge to have seen them. Because when I told people I haven't seen it, I got the same ? when I first told people I didn't have a Facebook. I did try to watch it a couple of times, but every one else in the room had either already seen it, read the book or both. And you know how that goes. As they were trying to help me understand better, I got all confused and just lost interest

after reading through people's list, I was reminded of many more movies I haven't seen smh. I know some of the references, but I've never sat down and watched them. One of these days during a blizzard or some ? I'll have a movie marathon so I can catch up on my pop culture and finally understand the jokes that so many people quote from so many movies

I am a big fan of action and horror movies. But I've never seen Gone with the Wind, Mary Poppins, Bambi! , The Sound of Music, the load! I plan to avoid it, a good period of time.

I wasn’t surprised about LotR, because the Adventure/Fantasy genre doesn’t seem too popular on this forum. I think everyone who hasn’t seen it, would enjoy it more than they think…

I have seen parts of The Godfather, but never as a whole. It just didn’t grasp me the way it seems to have done for everyone else. I want to see it, but don’t feel like watching it…weird.

Bambi! lol, Actually, I know a lot of people who have never seen the old Disney movies
like Snow White, Pinocchio, and Cinderella… everyone just knows the story...

I never realized... just how old those movies are!

    that's true

I don't remember much, if anything at all but the stories. I might need to re-watch some of those Disney movies. I should be able to understand the movies better now than when I was a kid. I wanna see if they used to put in jokes/hidden meanings that only adults would get like they did in the last kid movie I seen(Horton Hears a Who) lol

now that I think of it, a lot of T.V shows had a deeper meaning other than it just being the name of the show

    Family Matters
    Boy Meets World
    Step By Step
    A Different World
    Different Strokes

lol @ me just realizing this right now smh

    you're right

I've found that people who are fans of Lord Of The Rings/Star Wars/Harry Potter etc aren't really into Godfather type movies and vice versa. Just completely different genres. Kinda like Non-Fiction/Fiction books. Hard to find someone who is a true fan of both

really, I just prefer movies to be good, but I have noticed most of the movies I like the most/look forward seeing don't fall under escapism. Which doesn't make sense to me, because I would love to see ? I'll never see in real life

some of the movies y'all haven't seen is down right disrespectful I.E
    Star wars- Great concept
LOTR- The beginning of the entire D&D world
Soulplane- funny as ? sober or High
Avatar- if you are Black or Native American James Cameron basically told ya history using aliens
Matrix- scary how true the movie could have been

    can't get into ? like that...not gonna see a movie I know i won't like beforehand

I've never seen Cinderalla, Bambi, Pinocchio. Little Mermaid, Snow White...? actually the only Disney movies I've ever seen were the Aladdin movies and The Lion King movies...my dad saw no need for most Disney movies because they were made for little girls mostly...
