I have a lot of respect for the Fresh Prince. His early stuff was good. And though he continued to rap after he got into acting, he never indulged in the gangsta stuff (as far as I know).

He toured and was respected by EPMD, Public Enemy, and Run-DMC. They all even protesting the grammys the year he won it because they wasn't going to televise it.

I think he & Jazzy Jeff even toured with N.W.A too. Now that's the definition of mutual respect in hip-hop, way before all this lame beef ? got big. Thank you Tim Dog, before you started the coastal wars, a beef was at best just lyrical fire at each other (BDP vs Juice Crew) -
