I eat loads and loads of vegetables and fruits.
Try that Pico. For breakfast eat cataloupe with strawberries and grapes. Or a vegetable omelet with sausage.
Then for lunch eat a vegetable soup (tomato base or chicken stock)
For a snack I eat my own trail mix. It is two cans unsalted or lightly salted mixed nuts with one bag Fruitbits and one medium bag of M&Ms. Sometimes I buy the one digestive health mixed nuts for variety.
For dinner I make one bean dish for protein, one green vegetable and are off color one like carrots or corn. If I eat a meat it is grilled or baked.
