Former WWE star Matt Hardy is backstage at the Impact Zone. The word backstage is that he will be the opponent that Jeff Hardy has handpicked for Rob Van Dam for tonight's TNA Genesis pay-per-view.

Former WWE star Matt Hardy made his TNA Wrestling debut at tonight's Genesis pay-per-view at the iMPACT Zone from Orlando, Florida.
Hardy was revealed as Rob Van Dam's hand-picked mystery opponent by Immortal. He came out sporting a new look (braided hair) and new theme music.
Hardy defeated Van Dam in a hard fought mach that ended in controversial fashion, with Van Dam's leg on the ropes despite the 3-count.
Images of Hardy's TNA debut have already surfaced online, including a few posted on Twitter from TNA's own Jeremy Borash. -

like a few weeks ago, he was showing pictures of himself at the gym with a "Situation" type washboard abs, and then he was going on and on about he has a new look and asking fans what should he do with his hair. Then he comes out looking no different than when he left WWE.
