Why not chest and biceps one day then back and triceps another day? It would be a push/pull each day. Train your legs after those two days then take a day off.

    #2.

If I tried to go hard with chest and back in the same day I'd be fried for the rest of the week........seriously.

Actually, I don't even train my arms directly that much anymore because by the time you hit your legs, chest, and back, you've probably already toasted your shoulders and arms indirectly. I found that going to the gym and concentrating on arms is a waste of time and energy.

I do Chest once a week, but i end up working my triceps heavy indirectly. I may bang out about 4 sets of tricep rope pulldowns but that's about it. Usually right before i leave if i feel like it. By the time i hit the incline bench press, flat bench press, and weighted dips my Triceps already got a workout so I might bang out those sets of the pulldowns but that's about it.

Upper Back and Biceps are a good combo cuz you can hit weighted chin ups and work both along pretty nicely. I hit my lats, traps, rhomboids, might bang out a set of bicep curls but don't make them a priority like rows for the back cuz the different rows (bentover barbell, t-bar rows, etc) gonna hit the biceps as as well. I save lower back/deadlifts for a day in itself.

    Good luck
