Its about being addicted to strong man. Wierd thing is I know this Jeff guy pretty well and I've been drinking with him some. He's good ? . Kinda ? they are comparing this to eating toilet paper and stupid ? like that.

I didn't see the episode. But from the preview it looks like there comparing Jeff to the people in the other episodes not because he can't stop working out. But because he can't stop doing workouts that damage his body. The preview said that he already has had multiple major injuries that he's gotten from his strongman lifestyle and continues to workout exactly the say way and compete in strongman competitions. That's addiction at it's finest.
