IMO........T.I. He's more consistent. I liked Cham b4 the fame. I think he's fallen off BIG TIME since then.

I think Chamillionaire is a better, more consistant lyrically artist. I think T.I. is really good, but, Chamillionaire has been spitting some hard ? for a while

Cham is way more lyrically gifted than a gimmick drug dealer with a ghost write IMO

Out of the two you list I'd def go with Cham, I never really liked T.I.'s music very much. I still think that Scarface is miles ahead of either of them and am glad he's still coming back with another album
